I come from a product development background made by technical knowledges like materials, manufacturing processes and, generally speaking, the engineering of an industrial product. During years side by side I've porsued readings, studies and job experiences about the management process of the product. Topics like business models, project management methodology (both Traditional and Agile ones), leadership and team coordination have given to me an overall view of the process an enterprise should face in order to create value and satisfy the customer's needs. 

I am passionate about readings on enterprise and entrepreneurs because I see them not only as actors able to generate revenue streams but as key hubs for the social and humans growth.

Below is presented the project I was engaging on in Planet sas. The product was enrolled in three product design challenges (Italy, Usa and UAE) and due to this in addition on the engineering process I had to face the business strategy usefull to present the project to investors and stakeholders. From this time I have experienced and unlocked the interest about the management process and business world able to bring an industrial product on the market. In depth analysis on business model, market researches and financial plan have been done and presented to the investors.

Mangrove Still is a low-cost bio inspired Solar Still. Looking at principles nature would use to optimize the phisical process, a Solar Still usefull to regenerate developing countries arid coastal areas was designed. The result is a modular product which can be sold at least at less than half the price of other competitors; adaptable to different contexts and situations; manufactured with all DIY components and manual tools.
